Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with 2026 industry disruptions
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum, biotech, AR/VR) for market readiness
- Present strategic briefings to executive stakeholders and investors
- Establish innovation partnerships with academic and industry leaders
- Drive R&D initiatives for sustainable technology deployment
- Mentor talent in future-focused skill development programs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Proven track record of launching industry-defining innovations
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Executive presence with C-suite consulting experience
- Published thought leadership in tech foresight publications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Innovation Management
