Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology vision roadmap across all business units
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (AR/VR, AI ethics, quantum integration)
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies with 5+ year impact potential
- Partner with C-suite to align tech strategy with ESG and sustainability goals
- Present strategic frameworks to investors and board members
- Mentor innovation fellows in future-focused methodologies
- Drive patent development for proprietary 2026-era technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech roles with 5+ in future-tech planning
- Proven track record in AI/ML, quantum computing, or biotech innovation
- Executive-level presentation skills with investor/board experience
- MBA or Master's in Technology/Engineering preferred
- Published thought leadership in tech futurism (IEEE, HBR, etc.)
- Proficiency in scenario planning and tech forecasting frameworks
- Certification in emerging tech (e.g., AWS Quantum, Google AI Ethics)
