Responsibilities
- Lead Strategic Innovation: Define and execute the technical roadmap for the Vision 2026 product release cycle, focusing on emerging technologies.
- Architectural Design: Lead the architectural design of next-generation software solutions that are scalable, secure, and future-proof.
- Research & Development: Conduct deep-dive research into cutting-edge technologies, including Artificial Intelligence, Neural Interfaces, and Edge Computing.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a high-performing team of engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate complex business goals into actionable technical strategies.
- Vendor Management: Evaluate and select third-party technologies and partners that align with our long-term strategic vision.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, systems design, and technical leadership roles.
- Tech Stack: Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, cloud-native technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP), and distributed systems.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of leading technical teams in high-growth environments and defining long-term technical visions.
- Communication: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executives.
