Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Strategic Roadmap: Lead the long-term vision for technology integration, setting clear milestones for product evolution.
- Emerging Tech Research: Continuously monitor and evaluate disruptive technologies (AI, Blockchain, IoT) to identify high-impact opportunities.
- Stakeholder Management: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies for diverse stakeholders, including investors and operational teams.
- Innovation Labs: Oversee the incubation of experimental projects and manage the transition of prototypes to production.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with R&D, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure alignment with the 2026 vision.
- Competitive Analysis: Conduct deep-dive analyses of competitor roadmaps to ensure we maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications
- Strategic Vision: Minimum of 10 years of experience in technology leadership, strategy consulting, or product management, with at least 5 years in a senior executive capacity.
- Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of emerging technologies and their potential business applications, particularly in AI and cloud computing.
- Education: Bachelorās degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Masterās degree or MBA preferred.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex ideas clearly to non-technical audiences and technical teams alike.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of driving innovation in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
- Adaptability: High comfort level with ambiguity and rapid change.
