Responsibilities
- Architect scalable solutions integrating quantum computing, AI/ML, and blockchain technologies
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify emerging technologies with 2026 commercial potential
- Develop innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives
- Prototype and validate experimental technologies in lab environments
- Collaborate with product teams to translate technical visions into market-ready features
- Present strategic recommendations to C-level executives and external stakeholders
- Mentor junior engineers in emerging technology best practices
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology architecture with 5+ years in emerging tech domains
- Expertise in quantum algorithms, neural network optimization, or distributed consensus protocols
- Proven track record of launching at least two cutting-edge tech products
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Physics, or related field
- Deep understanding of ethical AI frameworks and responsible innovation principles
- Strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and cloud-native deployment (AWS/GCP)
- Published research in top-tier technology conferences or journals
- Experience leading cross-functional technical teams of 10+ members
