- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with 3-5 year market impact
- Collaborate with R&D to translate theoretical concepts into viable product roadmaps
- Represent company vision at global tech summits and industry forums
- Establish KPIs for measuring adoption and ROI of emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology leadership with proven track record in emerging tech
- Expertise in at least two future-critical domains: quantum computing, AI safety, or decentralized systems
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or major tech publications
- Experience scaling tech teams from 0 to 50+ members
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred
- Strong background in ethical tech development and responsible innovation
