Responsibilities
- Lead R&D initiatives for 2026-ready technologies including quantum algorithms and AI ethics frameworks
- Develop 5-year innovation roadmaps aligned with market disruption forecasts
- Spearhead partnerships with academic institutions and startups for emerging tech integration
- Oversee prototype development and pilot testing for quantum-secure communication systems
- Guide compliance frameworks for autonomous systems and biotech innovations
- Mentor cross-functional teams in future-proofing methodologies
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and board stakeholders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology leadership with proven track record in emerging tech adoption
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, or carbon-negative AI
- Published research or patents in future technology domains (2019-2023)
- Experience scaling tech teams from 10 to 100+ professionals
- Deep understanding of geopolitical and ethical implications of 2026 tech landscapes
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools and futures forecasting methodologies
