Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or R&D leadership

- Proven track record of launching innovative products with measurable ROI
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong data analytics and scenario modeling capabilities
- Experience with technology roadmapping and patent strategy development
- Certifications in innovation management (e.g., CEIM, CTO) preferred
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
