Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026+ technology strategy aligned with business objectives
- Identify, evaluate, and integrate emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence) into product roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate futuristic solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions and tech startups
- Present technology forecasts and impact analyses to executive leadership and investors
- Mentor R&D teams on future-proof development methodologies
- Monitor global tech trends and regulatory shifts affecting long-term strategy
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management
- Proven track record in scaling emerging technologies from concept to commercialization
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (e.g., quantum AI, neurotech, or decentralized systems)
- Executive-level communication and stakeholder management abilities
