- Develop patent-worthy intellectual property portfolios with 95% commercialization success rate

- Manage $5M+ innovation budgets with ROI-driven resource allocation
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic tech roles with 5+ years in futures planning
- PhD in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or equivalent breakthrough experience
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, IEEE) or 10+ patents
- Proven track record launching category-defining technologies
- Mastery of scenario planning frameworks and horizon scanning methodologies
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains: AI, quantum, biotech, or neurotech
