Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, Web3) and assess their business impact through 2026
- Develop strategic technology roadmaps aligned with company vision and market trends
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Establish KPIs to measure technology adoption ROI and competitive advantage
- Build partnerships with tech startups, research labs, and industry consortia
- Present technology forecasts to executive leadership and board members
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of experimental innovation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Proven track record of implementing emerging technologies in Fortune 500 environments
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, blockchain, or biotech
- Experience developing technology roadmaps with 3-5 year horizons
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical data
- Executive communication skills with ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- MSc/PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred
- Certification in strategic innovation management (e.g., INSEAD, MIT)
