Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic roadmaps for emerging technologies (2026+ horizon)
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis in AI, quantum computing, and biotech
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D and engineering teams
- Identify partnership opportunities with academic institutions and startups
- Present technology forecasts to C-suite executives and board members
- Manage innovation portfolio with focus on sustainable and ethical tech development
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies through internal workshops and thought leadership
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation management
- Deep expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or sustainable tech ecosystems
- Proven track record of launching futuristic products or initiatives
- Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking abilities
- Strong presentation skills with executive experience
- Published research or patents in emerging technologies (highly desirable)
