- Develop strategic roadmaps aligning technological innovation with business objectives and market demands
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into product development priorities
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring technology adoption impact and ROI
- Present findings to C-suite executives and external stakeholders with data-driven narratives
- Monitor global R&D landscapes and competitive technology initiatives
- Collaborate with venture partners to identify breakthrough startups and acquisition targets
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Management, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record developing technology roadmaps for 3-5 year horizons
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional data analysis and scenario-planning capabilities
- Strong executive presentation and stakeholder management skills
- Certification in Futures Studies or Technology Foresight preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating technology trend analysis and strategic recommendations
