Responsibilities
- Lead research and analysis of emerging technologies with 2026 commercialization potential
- Develop strategic roadmaps for technology adoption across product and service lines
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Conduct competitive landscape analysis and market positioning studies
- Present technology insights to C-suite executives and stakeholders
- Build frameworks for ethical implementation of disruptive innovations
- Manage vendor partnerships and technology ecosystem development
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, IoT, blockchain, etc.)
- Proven track record of translating technology trends into business value
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research methodologies
- Exceptional communication and executive presentation skills
- Experience with scenario planning and future-state modeling
- Certification in technology foresight (e.g., Foresight Practitioner) a plus
