- Develop technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market trends
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify innovation opportunities and assess feasibility
- Create strategic briefings for executive leadership on technology adoption risks/rewards
- Monitor global tech innovation ecosystems and competitive landscapes
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Present technology strategy recommendations to C-suite stakeholders
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 8+ years in technology strategy, R&D management, or innovation consulting
- Proven track record developing 3-5 year technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Experience presenting complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Strong network within Silicon Valley tech innovation ecosystem
- Certifications in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
