- Develop and execute 2026+ technology roadmaps aligned with market disruption forecasts
- Analyze emerging tech paradigms (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, biocomputing) for commercial viability
- Lead cross-disciplinary R&D initiatives bridging hardware, software, and biological systems
- Present strategic insights to C-suite and board members with data-driven impact assessments
- Collaborate with venture partners to identify acquisition targets and IP opportunities
- Establish ethical frameworks for next-gen tech implementation
- Mentor innovation teams in futures-thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with Fortune 500 or hypergrowth startups
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics
- Proven track record in launching exponential technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, quantum)
- Expertise in technology forecasting frameworks (Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Certification in Futures Studies or Technology Foresight
- Published research on emerging tech disruption (IEEE, Nature, etc.)
- Experience scaling global innovation programs across 3+ continents
- Deep network ties with DARPA, NASA, or similar innovation ecosystems
