Responsibilities
- Develop and execute long-term technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 industry forecasts and market disruption
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate emerging tech solutions (quantum computing, advanced AI, biotech interfaces)
- Conduct competitive analysis and patent landscape reviews for emerging technologies
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Establish KPIs for measuring technology adoption impact and ROI
- Forge strategic partnerships with research institutions and tech pioneers
- Manage $5M+ innovation budgets with precise resource allocation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation leadership
- Proven track record in emerging technology commercialization (quantum/AI/blockchain)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Deep understanding of 2026 tech landscape: AGI implications, quantum advantage, decentralized systems
- Expertise in scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Certified Innovation Professional (CIP) or similar designation preferred
