- Manage R&D budget allocation for future-focused projects
- Drive innovation workshops to cultivate disruptive thinking
- Monitor regulatory landscapes affecting emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation leadership
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum/AI/biotech/sustainability)
- Proven experience translating research into commercial applications
- Strong financial modeling skills for tech investment analysis
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published research in IEEE, Nature, or top-tier tech journals
- Experience securing $10M+ in R&D funding or partnerships
- Deep understanding of ethical frameworks for emerging technologies
