Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap with focus on AI ethics, quantum computing adoption, and climate-tech integration
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to evaluate and prototype emerging technologies (neuromorphic computing, synthetic biology, advanced robotics)
- Develop patentable frameworks for next-gen human-AI collaboration systems
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech accelerators for early-stage technology acquisition
- Present technology foresight briefings to board members and investors using data-driven scenario modeling
- Oversee the implementation of responsible AI governance protocols across all product lines
- Mentor a team of futurists and technology analysts to maintain competitive intelligence advantage
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futurism; PhD preferred
- 10+ years in technology strategy with proven success in emerging tech commercialization
- Expertise in at least three of: quantum computing, advanced AI, neurotech, or climate modeling
- Published thought leadership in technology forecasting (IEEE, Nature Futures, or equivalent)
- Experience scaling technology innovations from concept to enterprise-level deployment
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management
- Portfolio showcasing technology roadmaps with measurable business impact
- Deep understanding of ethical implications and regulatory landscapes for emerging technologies
