Responsibilities
- Research and analyze emerging technologies (2026-2030 horizon) for commercial viability and strategic alignment
- Develop comprehensive technology adoption roadmaps with clear ROI projections
- Lead cross-functional teams in implementing pilot programs for futuristic technologies
- Build strategic partnerships with research institutions and tech startups
- Present technology forecasts and recommendations to executive stakeholders
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive disruption signals
- Drive innovation culture through workshops and thought leadership
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least three of: quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, synthetic biology, or advanced robotics
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical data
- Experience developing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management (e.g., CFTE, CIMP) preferred
