Responsibilities
- Architect 2026 technology roadmap by analyzing emerging trends in AI, quantum computing, and biotech
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate breakthrough concepts
- Develop strategic partnerships with research institutions and tech incubators
- Present technology forecasts and innovation proposals to executive stakeholders
- Manage innovation pipeline with focus on scalable, market-ready solutions
- Conduct competitive analysis in emerging tech domains
- Guide R&D investments toward high-impact future technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ in emerging tech domains
- Proven track record of launching futuristic products or services
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neurotech, decentralized AI, or synthetic biology
- Strong financial modeling skills for tech valuation and ROI forecasting
- Experience managing multi-million dollar innovation budgets
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Prior C-suite or VP-level strategic planning experience
