- Monitor competitor tech portfolios and identify strategic opportunities
- Establish KPIs for tech adoption and measure ROI on innovation initiatives
- Build partnerships with startups, research institutions, and tech incubators
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation management
- Proven track record in forecasting tech trends and market disruptions
- Expertise in at least 3 emerging technologies (quantum, AI, blockchain, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Experience developing multi-year technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
