You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop long-term technology strategies that drive competitive advantage and sustainable growth.
Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) to identify disruptive opportunities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives
- Lead cross-functional innovation workshops to foster ideation
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis in emerging tech sectors
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders
- Manage innovation pilot programs and track KPIs
- Build partnerships with startups, research institutions, and industry consortia
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation management
- Proven track record in emerging technology adoption
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains (AI, IoT, blockchain, etc.)
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with data-driven decision making
- Executive presence with excellent presentation skills
- Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business (PhD preferred)
- Experience managing innovation budgets >$1M
- Certifications in innovation management or futures studies a plus
