Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a 2026+ technology strategy aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Conduct competitive analysis and scenario planning for disruptive tech adoption
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry leaders
- Present tech roadmaps and innovation forecasts to C-suite stakeholders and investors
- Drive digital transformation initiatives across global operations
- Mentor junior strategists and cultivate an innovation-first mindset
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in launching breakthrough tech products (portfolio required)
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR, or quantum computing
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business (MBA preferred)
- Exceptional data analysis and market forecasting abilities
- Experience scaling tech initiatives in regulated industries (healthcare, finance, or energy)
- Certifications in technology strategy (e.g., CTO Academy, MIT Horizon Scanning)
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Mandarin or German a plus
