Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a 5-year technology strategy aligning with market evolution and business objectives
- Identify, evaluate, and prioritize emerging technologies with disruptive potential post-2025
- Lead cross-functional innovation initiatives spanning R&D, product development, and market analysis
- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions, startups, and industry leaders
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and investors
- Drive adoption of future-ready technologies across organizational functions
- Monitor global tech trends and regulatory shifts impacting long-term innovation landscapes
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies: AI/ML, quantum computing, neurotech, or climate tech
- Proven track record of developing and implementing multi-year tech roadmaps
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing innovation budgets >$5M
