Responsibilities

- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, bio-integrated systems) for strategic adoption
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Build relationships with academic institutions, startups, and R&D labs to establish competitive intelligence
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and board stakeholders
- Manage technology portfolio allocation and risk assessment for future initiatives
- Author thought leadership publications on technological disruption and future-proofing strategies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in technology strategy, R&D, or emerging tech adoption
- Proven track record of launching at least 3 disruptive technology initiatives
- Deep expertise in at least 3 emerging tech domains (quantum, AI ethics, AR/VR, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical data
- Experience with scenario planning and futures methodologies
- Certification in technology management or innovation strategy (e.g., CTO Academy, MIT Sloan)
- Strong network within Silicon Valley tech ecosystem
