Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, Web3) and develop strategic implementation roadmaps for 2026-2030
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and business teams to prototype next-gen solutions
- Establish KPI frameworks to measure technology adoption impact on market position and revenue streams
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and board members on tech disruption risks and opportunities
- Build and maintain partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs for cutting-edge research collaboration
- Author thought leadership publications on technology ethics and sustainable innovation practices
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with 10+ years in tech strategy or innovation management
- Proven track record developing technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies or hypergrowth startups
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging domains: quantum computing, generative AI, or blockchain infrastructure
- Certifications in Futures Studies, Technology Foresight, or Strategic Innovation Management preferred
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with experience presenting complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Portfolio demonstrating successful technology commercialization or market disruption initiatives
- Experience managing innovation budgets exceeding $5M with measurable ROI outcomes
