Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with 2026 market potential
- Design and implement technology innovation roadmaps aligned with business objectives
- Analyze geopolitical and socio-economic factors influencing tech adoption timelines
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype future-facing solutions
- Develop competitive intelligence reports on next-gen technology ecosystems
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Create predictive models for technology disruption across industries
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Innovation Management, or related field
- 7+ years experience in emerging technology assessment or corporate innovation
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, blockchain, quantum computing, or biotech
- Proven track record developing technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Strong presentation skills with experience addressing executive audiences
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Technology Foresight preferred
