Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and technology forecasting for 2026-2030 market disruptions
- Develop strategic roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotech integration
- Partner with C-suite to align tech investments with business objectives
- Manage cross-functional innovation labs with $5M+ annual budgets
- Present findings to Fortune 500 clients and global policymakers
- Drive patent development and intellectual property strategy
- Mentor a team of 8+ researchers and engineers
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with 10+ years experience
- Proven track record in emerging technology commercialization
- Expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, quantum algorithms, or synthetic biology
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent tier journals
- Experience advising Fortune 500 boards on tech strategy
- Fluency in technical Mandarin or Japanese for global partnerships
- Validated ability to secure $10M+ in R&D funding
