Responsibilities
- Lead strategic planning for 2026 technology adoption across IoT, quantum computing, and AI integration
- Conduct market analysis and competitive intelligence to identify emerging tech trends
- Develop implementation roadmaps with measurable KPIs for emerging technologies
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investors
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical technology deployment
- Manage cross-functional teams executing innovation initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech domains
- Proven track record developing multi-year tech roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in at least three of: AI/ML, blockchain, quantum computing, AR/VR, or biotech
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech focus
- Certification in strategic technology management (e.g., CTO Academy, MIT Sloan)
- Experience leading innovation initiatives with $10M+ budgets
- Presentation skills for executive audiences and investor relations
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
