Responsibilities
- Lead research and development of 2026 technology roadmaps across AI, quantum computing, and biotech sectors
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to identify emerging opportunities
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align technology strategy with business objectives
- Manage cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and data scientists
- Present strategic recommendations to stakeholders and investors
- Drive innovation through rapid prototyping and pilot programs
- Establish partnerships with leading academic institutions and tech pioneers
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 8 years in technology strategy or R&D leadership roles
- Proven track record in emerging technology commercialization
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, AR/VR, or synthetic biology
- Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking abilities
- Strong project management experience with complex technical initiatives
- Published thought leadership in technology or innovation journals
- Experience with agile development methodologies and startup environments
