Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive technology roadmaps for 2026-2030
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum, AI, blockchain, AR/VR) and commercialization opportunities
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech leaders
- Present technology vision to C-suite executives and investors
- Ensure alignment with ESG principles and ethical tech deployment
- Monitor global tech policy developments and regulatory landscapes
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology roles or innovation management
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, blockchain, etc.)
- Proven track record of commercializing futuristic technologies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional analytical and systems-thinking abilities
- Experience presenting complex tech concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Certifications in Futures Thinking or Technology Strategy preferred
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation journals
