Responsibilities
- Research and forecast emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, neurotech) with 2026+ market impact
- Develop integrated technology roadmaps aligning with business objectives and sustainability goals
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and product teams
- Identify and secure strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Present future-vision briefings to investors, board members, and key stakeholders
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring technological adoption and ROI
- Mentor junior innovators in future-thinking methodologies and ethical tech deployment
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Innovation Management, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic planning or emerging tech roles at Fortune 500 or scale-ups
- Proven track record of commercializing futuristic technologies (portfolio required)
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (e.g., AGI, biotech, space tech)
- Exceptional scenario planning and trend analysis capabilities
- Experience presenting to C-suite and investment committees
