- Collaborate with C-suite executives to prioritize innovation portfolios and allocate resources
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech startups for cutting-edge research
- Present strategic roadmaps to stakeholders and secure executive buy-in for transformative projects
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and ensure compliance with emerging regulations
- Mentor a team of 15+ engineers and researchers in emerging technology domains
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology roles with 5+ in emerging tech leadership
- Proven track record of launching at least two industry-first technologies
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or sustainable tech architectures
- Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Published research or patents in top-tier scientific journals
- Experience securing $10M+ in innovation funding or grants
- Certification in Technology Strategy Management (e.g., CTS) preferred
