Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic roadmaps for emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) through 2026

- Present technology forecasts and recommendations to C-suite executives and key stakeholders
- Establish ethical guidelines and governance frameworks for next-gen technology deployment
- Secure partnerships with academic institutions and industry leaders for R&D collaboration
- Monitor global tech trends and regulatory landscapes affecting future tech adoption
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic technology planning or innovation leadership
- Proven track record in scaling disruptive technologies from concept to market
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology, or advanced robotics
- Experience with futures forecasting methodologies and scenario planning
- Strong executive communication skills with ability to articulate complex technical concepts
- PhD or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Certification in Technology Strategy or Innovation Management preferred
