Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify breakthrough technologies with 2026 market potential
- Analyze technical feasibility, commercial viability, and ethical implications of emerging innovations
- Develop proof-of-concept frameworks for promising technologies
- Create competitive intelligence reports and market disruption analyses
- Lead innovation workshops and hackathons to foster creative problem-solving
- Manage technology incubation programs and pilot projects
- Represent company at global tech conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or corporate innovation
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, biotech, AR/VR)
- Proven track record of launching technology-driven initiatives
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Certification in emerging technologies (e.g., AWS ML, IBM Quantum) preferred
