Responsibilities

- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive trends with 3-5 year commercialization windows
- Develop strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D pioneers
- Present technology roadmaps to C-suite and board stakeholders with data-driven impact projections
- Mentor junior strategists in future tech methodologies and ethical frameworks
- Secure $5M+ annual innovation budget through compelling ROI narratives
Qualifications
- Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurology with 7+ years in tech strategy
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Deep expertise in technology forecasting methodologies (Delphi, scenario planning)
- Experience securing >$3M R&D budgets and managing innovation pipelines
- Published thought leadership in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier journals
