Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technology trends (AI, quantum, Web3, etc.) to identify strategic opportunities for 2026+
- Develop comprehensive innovation roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market demands
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate and prototype next-gen solutions
- Build partnerships with startups, research institutions, and industry thought leaders
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with data-backed insights
- Monitor competitive landscape and regulatory shifts affecting future technologies
- Manage technology incubation initiatives from concept to MVP
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains
- Proven experience developing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts
- Track record of launching successful innovative products/services
