- Develop and execute the 2026 technology roadmap with quarterly milestone reviews

- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future visions into product specifications
- Conduct competitive landscape analysis and patent research for innovation gaps
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and stakeholders
- Manage innovation pipeline from ideation to prototype validation
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-concept technologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning or technology innovation roles
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, IoT)
- Proven track record of launching future-focused initiatives
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Strong presentation skills with executive-level communication experience
