Responsibilities
- Develop 3-5 year technology roadmaps aligned with market evolution and corporate vision
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum, bioinformatics, Web4.0) for strategic integration
- Lead scenario planning for technological disruption across industries
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Build and manage an innovation pipeline with R&D partners
- Monitor global tech policy developments and their business implications
Qualifications
- 8+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in anticipating tech trends and translating to business value
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum/AI/blockchain)
- Experience with scenario planning and futures methodologies
- Strong stakeholder management across technical and executive audiences
- Advanced degree in relevant field or equivalent industry certifications
- Published thought leadership in tech futurism or innovation strategy
