Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology vision, identifying emerging trends in AI, quantum computing, and neurotech
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and deploy 5+ breakthrough technologies annually
- Develop strategic partnerships with global research institutions and Fortune 500 enterprises
- Present technology roadmaps to the Board of Directors and C-suite with ROI projections
- Mentor a 15-person innovation lab of PhD researchers and engineers
- Secure and manage $50M+ annual innovation budget across R&D initiatives
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or Biotechnology with 10+ years industry experience
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (AI/quantum/biotech focus)
- Executive-level experience with Fortune 500 or unicorn-scale tech companies
- Published research in Nature, Science, or IEEE journals on future technologies
- Expertise in technology forecasting, risk assessment, and innovation lifecycle management
- Strong network with DARPA, NSF, and global research institutions
