Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 8+ years in technology strategy or innovation management
- Proven experience with emerging technologies (AI, quantum, blockchain)
- Exceptional analytical and strategic planning abilities
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Published research or thought leadership in tech foresight
- Certification in technology management or innovation strategy preferred
- Track record of driving successful tech transformation projects
