Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify and evaluate emerging technologies with disruptive potential through 2026
- Develop technology roadmaps and adoption strategies aligned with business objectives
- Lead cross-functional workshops to foster innovation and align stakeholders on technology integration
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to inform strategic decisions
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype and validate next-generation solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership with clear ROI projections

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership

- Proven track record of translating complex tech concepts into business strategies
