Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, neuro-interfaces, bio-AI) to develop 2026-2030 strategic roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional teams integrating disruptive technologies into core business operations
- Partner with government and academic institutions to shape tech policy frameworks
- Architect sustainable tech ecosystems balancing innovation with environmental impact
- Present visionary strategies to C-suite and board of directors securing $50M+ annual R&D budgets
- Mentor junior futurists and cultivate internal innovation incubators
- Monitor geopolitical tech developments and recommend risk mitigation strategies
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism with 8+ years tech strategy experience
- Proven track record launching at least two industry-defining technologies post-2020
- Deep expertise in quantum computing, generative AI, or sustainable tech ecosystems
- Certified Futurist (CF) or equivalent strategic foresight certification
- Experience securing $100M+ budgets for emerging tech initiatives
- Published thought leadership in top-tier tech journals (Nature, IEEE, MIT Tech Review)
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
