Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and deploy emerging technologies (AI, quantum, AR/VR)
- Conduct competitive analysis and identify disruptive technologies with 3-5 year market potential
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to C-suite and investors
- Drive innovation through hackathons, R&D initiatives, and thought leadership
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product development, or emerging tech roles
- Proven track record in commercializing cutting-edge technologies (AI/ML, quantum, blockchain)
- Expertise in technology forecasting and market analysis methodologies
- Strong network within Silicon Valley tech ecosystem and academic research
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to stakeholders
- Experience building and leading high-performing innovation teams
