Responsibilities
- Lead research and analysis of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) with 2026+ market impact
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and industry disruption forecasts
- Partner with product teams to integrate futuristic innovations into existing ecosystems
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investment committees
- Establish KPIs for tracking technology adoption and ROI of future-focused initiatives
- Build and maintain relationships with academic institutions, startups, and research labs
- Author thought leadership content on technology trends and their business implications
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of forecasting tech trends and translating them into business value
- Expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, Web3, AR/VR, etc.)
- Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Experience presenting to C-level executives and influencing strategic decisions
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to simplify complex concepts
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
