Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or Biotechnology (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in strategic tech planning with 3+ years in emerging tech
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent tier journals
- Expertise in quantum computing architectures and AI ethics frameworks
- Proven track record of launching tech ventures with >$50M valuation
- Proficiency in futures forecasting methodologies (Delphi, scenario planning)
