Responsibilities
- Lead research and analysis of emerging technologies (2026+ horizon) to identify strategic opportunities
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives
- Partner with engineering teams to prototype and validate next-gen solutions
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscapes through data-driven methodologies
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption and ROI measurement
- Manage innovation incubation projects from concept to pilot stage
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (e.g., generative AI, quantum algorithms)
- Proven track record of translating complex tech concepts into business strategies
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management (e.g., CFTE, CIMP)
- Experience with scenario planning and technology impact assessment frameworks
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence executive decision-making
- Portfolio demonstrating successful technology strategy implementations
