- Present technology forecasts and innovation strategies to C-suite executives and investors
- Drive R&D initiatives with 5-10 year vision for market disruption
- Secure and manage innovation grants totaling $2M+ annually
- Mentor junior strategists in future-gazing methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in tech strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation consulting
- Proven track record of launching at least 3 market-disruptive technologies
- Expertise in emerging tech frameworks (Gartner Hype Cycle, Toffler's Future Shock)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data
- Strong presentation skills with executive-level communication experience
- Active patents or publications in future technologies
- Experience securing $1M+ in innovation funding
