Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps integrating quantum computing, AI, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-disciplinary research initiatives in decentralized networks and neuro-interfaces
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies for strategic acquisition or partnership
- Present future scenarios to C-suite executives and board members with data-driven insights
- Establish ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and human augmentation technologies
- Manage $15M+ innovation portfolio with ROI-focused resource allocation
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic technology planning with Fortune 500 or unicorn startups
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Physics, or Futures Studies
- Published research in Nature/Science on emerging tech implications
- Expertise in quantum algorithms, AGI safety protocols, and carbon-negative tech
- Proven track record scaling R&D teams from 5 to 500+ members
- Fluency in Mandarin and Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
- Patents in at least 2 core future technology domains
